Balance Center in the Sultanate of Oman Wins International Award for Best Use of Bio-Resonance Technology
The Balance Center in the Sultanate of Oman has won the Vladimir Nesterov International Award for outstanding performance in the use of the Metatron NLS system for bio-resonance and nonlinear analysis technologies. The award was presented at a ceremony held in Tokyo, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Russian scientist who invented the technology.
The center stated that this achievement represents a national milestone that enhances Oman’s standing in quantum medicine and health innovation.
It is worth noting that in 1990, Dr. Nesterov was a senior researcher in the Department of Occupational Health and Epidemiology at Omsk State Medical Institute, where he founded the Institute of Practical Psychophysics (IPP) in Omsk, Russia—at a time when scientific institutions in the country were experiencing instability and collapse.
Dr. Nesterov often said:
“Scientific crises and intellectual breakdowns are the sparks that generate new knowledge, just as the universe was born from the Big Bang.”
Through the development of the quantum entropic logic theory, Nesterov laid the scientific foundation for the NLS technology, which is based on quantum entropy interactions. This enables highly precise analysis of the degree and intensity of functional changes in human tissues and organs.
This technology represented a global scientific breakthrough, making the Institute of Practical Psychophysics a world leader in the development of non-invasive, high-precision diagnostic tools.
Nesterov also maintained close ties with Soviet academic Svyatoslav Nesterov, who in 1988 designed the Trigger Sensor, which later became the scientific basis for the renowned medical device “Metatron,” developed at the IPP.
This device revolutionized modern medical diagnostics and laid the foundation for what is now known as Quantum Medicine.
